Cotton Chenille Wash Cloth
Knit 2 cloths from one 50 gram skein of Cotton Chenille, 100% cotton.
Design Note: There are many colors of Cotton Chenille available
- you'll find one for your bath decor for sure!
Materials:
1-50 gr. skein of Cotton Chenille (here #3101 cinnamon bun)Size 6 - 9" CPY Bamboo needles
Large eye yarn needleGlossary: CO=Cast On, BO=Bind Off, K=knit, K2tog = knit two sts together, rem=remaining, rep=repeat, st(s)=stitch(es), YO=yarn over
You knit from corner to corner to make this cloth. First you increase and when you reach the center, you decrease.
Increase Sections:
CO 4 sts & K one row
Row 1: K2, YO, K to end of row
Row 2: Rep Row 1 until 44 sts on needle
Decrease Section:
Row 1: K1, K2tog, YO, K2tog & K to end of row.
Row 2: Rep Row 1 until 4 sts rem, K one row and BOCut yarn and weave in ends using yarn needle.
