A hat knit with half ball of 7185-sable held with a single strand of black
Fjord wool.
Knit on size 11 needles.
Note: these same instructions work equally well with a combination of Deco-Ribbon and Fizz.

Circular Needle – size 11, DP Needles size 11
One ball of Splash and one ball of Fjord
Cast on 60-sts being careful not to twist first row.
Knit in rounds for 7 inches. Place marker
Next round: K8, K2 tog – 54 sts

Next round: K6, K2 tog – 42
Knit 1 round
Next round: K5, K2 tog – 36
Knit 1 round

Knit 1 round
K2 tog = 6 sts
K2 tog = 3 sts
Make I-cord for 1 inch.
