free scarf knit pattern
Whisper + Deco-Ribbon Scarf
A very easy scarf to knit on size 17 circular needles.
The Whisper gives a downy feel to the scarf while the Deco-Ribbon gives spots of color throughout.
Materials:
Size 17 - 26" circular CPY Bamboo needles
One ball each:
Deco-Ribbon Color #9400 Circus
Whisper Color #9307 Orange Crush
Instructions:
Hold both yarns together throughout the knitting.
Cast on 90 sts - be sure to cast on loosely.
Rows 1-3: Knit 3 rows.
Row 4: Work one row of single wrap sts.
(K1, wrap 1x around needle) repeat to end of row, ending K1.
Row 5: Knit (Dropping the wrapped sts off needle.)
Row 6. Knit
Repeat Rows 4-6 again 2X
Knit one last row.
