A Free Cowl Pattern that uses only 1 ball of Mini Mochi

Mochi colors here. Level: Advanced Beginner-Intermediate Introduction: Cowls are a lovely accessory, for almost
anything you wear. As well, they can be quick to make, and are splendid gifts.
This design is called "Topsy Turvy" as you can wear it with either side up at the
top, effectively giving your self two cowls in one knit. It makes a lovely
sampler project since it has 3 different stitch pattern areas. Materials . Gauge: 6.5 sts/inch in St st Abbreviations: beg: begin(ning); bor/eor: beg of/end of
round; CO: cast on; cont: continue; dec: decrease; K: knit; K2tog: knit 2 sts
together; P: purl; rem: remain(ing); PM: place marker; rep: repeat; rnd: round;
st(s): stitch(es); St st: stockinette st = K every rnd; Size: teen/adult, 17" neck circumference Cast-On: With 16" circ needle, CO 126 sts. Join, being
careful not to twist. PM to indicate beg of rnd Pattern A Pattern B: K3-P3 rib around, for 1.25" Pattern C1 Pattern C2 (optional change to
make pattern have deeper waves, or
continue in C1) At end of C section: Change to needles one size larger to be sure to bind off
loosely in purl. If you don't have a larger needle handy to use for bind off,
just think LOOSEly as you bind off to leave a soft, stretchy edge.
