This scarf is soft and light with a cozy feel.

Materials:
2 balls Crystal Palace Mini Mochi
(50 grams/195 yards)
(sample is in color #121 “berry compote")
Crystal Palace Bamboo Needles Size 5 or 6 needles or size needed to obtain desired fabric
(if you tend to knit tightly, use size 6)
Finished size: approx. 6" X 72"

Gauge: 11 sts = 4 inches in garter stitch
(The gauge is not important, scarf can be loosely knit or snugly knit. Do a swatch to see what feel you would like.)

Abbreviations:
k - knit, p - purl, rep-repeat, yo - yarn over (2 wraps each for this scarf)

Instructions:
Cast on 29 stitches.
Work 4 rows in garter (K all rows)
Row 1: Work YO row: k1, *yo with double wrap, k1* (rep between *), end with k1.
Rows 2-9:Work 8 rows of garter st. Drop the yo-wrapped sts as you reach them.

Rep these 9 rows, alternating each wrap row with 8 rows of garter st until almost out of yarn. End with 4 rows of garter st.
Bind off loosely.

Note: In the row following the yo-wrap rows, give a slight tug to the sts as you slip them off and they expand.
