Easy Rolled Collar Fjord + Kid Merino Sleevelss Top

Finished Chest Measurements:

Materials
Crystal Palace Bamboo or DAISY Needles US sizes 9 & 10
6 (6, 7, 7) - 50 gr balls Crystal Palace Yarns Fjord color # 4107 "bluebell"
3 (3, 3, 3) - 25 gr balls Kid Merino #9803 "circus"
Note: Yarns are held doubled throughout knitting, one strand each of Fjord + Kid Merino
Gauge
16 sts / 4 inches (10 cm) in St st on larger needles
Be sure to do a gauge swatch of at least 18-20 sts! Gauge tends to vary from knitter to knitter, especially when holding 2 yarns together. Use smaller needles if you have less stitches to the inch or fatter needles if you have more stitches to the inch.

Back
With smaller needles cast on 76 (80, 84, 88) sts.
Ribbing row 1: K1, * K2, P2; rep from * to last 3 sts, K3
Ribbing row 2: K1, * P2, K2; rep from * to last 3 sts P2, K1.
Rep these 2 rows 4 more times, inc 1 st at each end of last row. [78 (82, 86,
90) sts.]
Change to larger needles and work 9.75 (10.5, 10.5, 12.25)" (or desired length
to underarm) in St st.**
Marking each end of next row with a contrast thread, work a further 9.75 (9.75,
10.5, 10.5)" end with a P row.
Shape Shoulders
Bind off 6 (7, 7, 7) sts at beg next 4 rows.
Bind off 7(6, 7, 8) sts at beg foll 2 rows.
Leave rem 40 (42, 44, 46) sts on a spare needle or stitch holder.
Front
Work as Back to **.
Marking each end of next row with a contrast thread, work a further 7.5 (7.5,
8.5, 8.5)" end with a P row.
Shape Neck
1st row: K27 (28, 29, 30) sts, turn and work on these sts only, leaving rem sts
on a spare needle.
2nd row: Bind off 2 sts, P to end.
3rd row: K to last 2 sts, K2tog.
4th row: P2tog, P to end.
5th to 8th rows: Rep 3rd and 4th rows twice. [19 (20, 21, 22) sts rem.]
Work 4 rows St st ending P row.
Shape Shoulder
Bind off 6 (7, 7, 7) sts at beg of next and foll alt row.
Work 1 row.
Bind off rem 7 (6, 7, 8) sts.
With RS facing, return to sts on spare needle, slip 24 (26, 28, 30) sts onto a
holder and complete to match left side, reversing shaping and working neck edge
decs as 'skpsso' on K rows and 'P2togtbl' on P rows.
Collar
Join left shoulder seam.
With RS facing and smaller needles, K 40 (42, 44, 46) sts from back of neck, pick up and K12 sts from left front neck shaping, K24 (26, 28, 30) sts from center Front and pick up and K12 sts from right front neck shaping. [88 (92, 96, 100) sts.]
*** Work 15 rows St st beg P row.
Change to larger needles and bind off.
Armhole Bands - make 2
Join rem shoulder seam.
With RS facing and smaller needles pick up and K 80 (80, 84, 84) sts from armhole edge between marking threads.
Complete as Neckband from *** to end.
Finishing
Join collar seam - note collar should roll with P side outside.
Join underarm seams and armhole band seams in same way as neckband, allowing armhole edges to roll as collar.
